Is there camping?
There are places to park a trailer or RV in the parking lot, however there are no "actual" campsites in Parkside. If you are looking for official camp sites, Shellbrook is only a 10-minute drive away with a full-service campground.
Is there debit or ATMs?
Unfortunately, because of the lack of cell service, the event is cash only.
Is the event accessible?
We have accessible parking spots reserved by the shuttle in the parking area, a reserved seating for viewing the demolition derby, and an accessible washroom. We are continuing to make improvements to make the event more accessible for the future
What is the admission?
Admission is $10 per person, ages 6-12 $5, and under 6 is free! Dance admission is separate, and is a $10 cover fee.
Is there food and beverage on site?
We have a full concession for meals, snacks, cool treats, and beverages, however no gluten free options.
We also have a beer garden with alcoholic beverages.
What else is going on beside the demo derby?
We have a slo pitch tournament on Friday and Saturday, bouncy castles and a sand pile for children, and entertainment in the ring, right after the barrel races, before the demolition event! Then in the evening we have a night dance with DJ music!
Is there a minimum age to drive in the demo derby?
Yes! You must be at least 16 years of age, and if under the age of 19, have a parent or legal guardian sign a consent form to enter.
Are pets allowed on the derby grounds?
Unfortunately, because of the large crowds, the loud noises, and unpredictable weather conditions, pets are not allowed on the derby grounds during the event.
Your furry friends will be much more comfortable at home. Service animals are allowed with proper identification.
How can we get into a skybox to view the derby?
Every year a sky box will be auctioned off to the highest bidder! So, get your friends, family, colleagues, etc. and pool your money together for a good cause, to win the BEST seats in the house!
