2026 Parkside Derby Driver Registration Form

Vehicle Registration and Fee Schedule

(Check one only. If participants are entering a car and a truck, a form must be filled out for each vehicle)

Pit Vehicle, Entry & Schedule

• All vehicles are subject to inspection on derby day to ensure they conform to Derby Rules (see rules). Inspection Judge decisions will be final - NO EXCEPTIONS!

• Only one appropriate pit vehicle is permitted per derby vehicle. Cars and SUVs will not have access to the pit area.

• The Driver's entry fee is included in this registration fee

• All pit crew and mechanics must purchase regular admission at the entry gate

• All vehicles must be on the grounds before 10:00AM for inspection, The earlier the better, as sometimes inspections start early

• The Driver's Meeting will be held at 12:00PM in the Beer Gardens.

Let's not forget... Derby is about smashing cars and having fun! The Parkside Community Club demands a good, hard-hitting show! Sandbaggers will be disqualified!

In consideration of being permitted to enter, participate in, display at, or otherwise engage in the 2026 Parkside Demolition Derby, the undersigned driver, being of legal age and having full authority to act on behalf of themselves, their company or corporation, and/or as parent of guardian where applicable, hereby releases, waives, and forever discharges the Parkside Demolition Derby, The Parkside Community Club, the landowner, facility operators, sponsors, agents, employees, volunteers, heirs, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of actions, damage, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to participation in the event.

This release includes, but is not limited to, any claim for property damage, theft, personal injury, illness, suffering, disability, or death sustained by the driver, or any other person as a result of, or in connection with, participation in the 2026 Parkside Demolition Derby.

The undersigned acknowledges and accepts all risks in association with participation and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Parkside Demolition Derby, The Parkside Community Club, the landowner, facility operators, sponsors, agents, employees, volunteers, heirs, successors, and assigns from any liability arising from such participation.
